At Alpha & Omega Community Center, we believe every young person deserves a safe environment, positive support, and opportunities to succeed. Our Youth Empowerment Program was created to help at-risk and out-of-school youth overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for a brighter future.
Many youth in our communities face exposure to violence, gang involvement, school disconnection, lack of mentorship, and limited access to positive opportunities. Through this program, we aim to create a safe and supportive space where youth can grow emotionally, socially, creatively, and personally.
Our mission is to empower youth through mentorship, creative expression, leadership development, and community engagement while promoting healing, self-confidence, and positive decision-making.
What We Offer
Creative Arts & Expression
Youth are encouraged to express themselves through:
- Spoken word and music writing
- Storytelling and creative expression
- Arts and creative activities
- Confidence-building performances and workshops
Mentorship & Life Skills
Our mentorship program helps youth develop:
- Leadership skills
- Personal responsibility
- Goal setting and decision-making

Safe Community Engagement
